Oxleas NHS Handbook

An onboarding handbook for trainee psychiatrists at Oxleas NHS Trust — clinical guidance, rotas, forms, and legal documents in one app instead of scattered across folders and inboxes. I built it solo in about three weeks, ahead of the intake it had to be ready for. Content is authored as MDX with no backend behind it, and the forms in it generate real Word documents, including the Section 5(2) Mental Health Act form doctors would otherwise fill in by hand. A pilot with ten trainee doctors rated navigation easy 90% of the time and accessibility around 9 out of 10.
